Role Models
I believe that your Mother is your best friend.
Amy, Oneonta
I believe that young people don't know what they believe because they are influenced too often by the media and peers when they should be guided by parents, teachers and other role models.
Katherine, Birmingham
I believe that everyone is a role model for someone. We may never know who is watching or listening.
Kendra, San Antonio
I believe the real role models in life are not on T.V. but right at home.
Donesia, Brighton
I believe that GOD sends us role models once every 1000 years and Bahá'u'lláh was the latest one in 1862.
Terry, Hoover
I believe Santa Claus is the best role model of all. Who else lives their whole life in order to give to others? (I know there are many who do but it is still a very good lesson for all children and most adults).
Dion S., Locust Fork
I believe the only individuals that are not criticized are those doing nothing.
Randy Walker, Oneonta
I believe as adults each of us in our own way are role models for our children and youth today. How we speak and act is very important to their growth and maturity. But more important is how we react to difficult circumstances when they present themselves. This will play an important role in how they react when faced with similar difficult circumstances. In order to do this we then must follow the MOST important role model of all.....Jesus Christ.
Bob S., Montevallo
I believe taking care your children, pastor and spouse will take you a long way in life!
Terrance B., Birmingham
I believe that if you make a child it's your job to step up and be a father because any person can be a daddy.
Nicole, Alabama
I believe the purpose of life is to have one amazing adventure that would inspire other people to make the most out of their lives.
Jessica, Birmingham
I believe that each and every person born on this earth is a role model. They don't have to be famous they just have to be a part of the human race. They can be the epitome of good or evil, our job is to make sure that we pick the right one.
LaQuita W., Birmingham
I believe that youth league coaches have an obligation to the kids they serve; not to the ego and pride of winning at any cost. Team sports are an excellent opportunity for young kids to have fun, compete, work hard, and learn about teamwork. It is a shame that some daddy coaches abuse this privilege and keep some kids from even getting a chance to step on the field. Remember -creating great young men and women is much more important than a victory.
