I believe somewhere along the way society dropped the ball, forgetting that "NO MAN IS AN ISLAND". I remember as a child my mother sharing whatever we had with the neighbors. We were by no means rich, as a matter of fact, we had very little but during the summer my father would buy a bushel of peas, butter beans, corn and so forth. I hated shelling peas!!! But winter was covered. In recent times I can remember being uncovered with no one who cared. Where's my village? I want to be a part again.
